Des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile avancent un bilan bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je condamne fermement cette barbarie perp\u00e9tr\u00e9e par des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l&#8217;arm\u00e9e congolaise dont la mission premi\u00e8re est pourtant de prot\u00e9ger notre population et notre territoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les FARDC ont fait un usage disproportionn\u00e9, inacceptable et condamnable de la force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9ni\u00e8me bavure illustre l&#8217;urgente n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mener une r\u00e9forme profonde du secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour professionnaliser les forces de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019adresse mes sinc\u00e8res condol\u00e9ances aux familles des victimes et exprime ma compassion aux victimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019exhorte notre gouvernement \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9cr\u00e9ter un deuil national ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veiller \u00e0 ce que les victimes soient identifi\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prendre en charge les soins des bless\u00e9s et apporter un soutien psychologique aux familles des victimes et aux membres de leur mouvement politico-religieux;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiser des fun\u00e9railles officielles et inhumer les victimes dans la dignit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diligenter une enqu\u00eate ind\u00e9pendante afin que toute la lumi\u00e8re soit faite sur cet incident tragique, et que les auteurs de ces actes ignobles soient jug\u00e9s et condamn\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fait \u00e0 Bukavu, le 1er septembre 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Denis Mukwege<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prix Nobel de la Paix<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Je suis profond\u00e9ment indign\u00e9 par les images choquantes du massacre dont ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes les manifestants du mouvement politico-religieux \u00ab La Foi Naturelle Juda\u00efque Messianique vers les Nations&nbsp;\u00bb (FNJMN) \u00e0 Goma le mercredi 30\/08\/2023.
